We are looking for an experienced Linux Server Administrator to support and manage large-scale enterprise Linux environments. The role involves server administration, security management, troubleshooting, and collaborating with clients to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL 7/8 preferred) across enterprise environments.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Implement and manage security measures including firewalls, access controls, and intrusion detection systems.

- Conduct vulnerability assessments using tools like Qualys (or similar) and execute remediation plans.

- Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

- Configure and maintain web servers, application servers, and database servers.

- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business needs.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Linux server administration (RHEL 7/8).

- Hands-on experience with VMware environments.

- Solid knowledge of Cisco networking (routers, switches, and wireless).

- Experience in scripting (Shell/Python preferred).

- Understanding of IT security practices including firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability management.

- Familiarity with ITIL framework.

- Experience with vulnerability management tools (Qualys or equivalent).

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
