Description :
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Workato SDK connectors using Ruby
- Build and manage Workato recipes using standard and custom connectors
- Implement system-to-system integrations using REST APIs (primary) and SOAP APIs (secondary)
- Configure and manage API authentication (OAuth, API keys, tokens, etc.)
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance SDK connectors where documentation or sample code is limited
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or similar role
- 5+yr of experience with Workato platform and SDK connector development
- Strong proficiency in Ruby programming
- Strong understanding of csv integration using workato recipe.
- Solid experience with API integrations
- Deep understanding of REST APIs
- Working knowledge of SOAP APIs
- Experience handling API errors, pagination, and rate limits
- Ability to build custom SDK solutions independently
Good to Have :
- Experience with webhook-based integrations
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols
- Experience with other iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
