Description :

We are looking for a driven engineer with 2 - 4 years of hands on experience in Java + Spring Boot who has solid experience building REST APIs and microservices. The ideal candidate will either have exposure to agentic / AI workflows (or strong eagerness to learn them), a problem solving mindset, and thrive in a fast paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.

- Build, document, and consume RESTful APIs; design microservices architectures that are modular, maintainable, and performant.

- Collaborate with teams to define and implement AI driven or agentic workflows : workflows where AI agents make decisions, plan steps, adapt to changing inputs, etc.

- Take ownership of features end to-end : design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

- Debug issues, optimize performance, ensure good test coverage and code quality.

Work in agile fashion, in a startup like setting : quick iterations, feedback loops, ownership, and adaptability.
