We're looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer (Azure) to help build and scale our cloud platform, automation frameworks, and engineering infrastructure. If you're passionate about cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and platform engineering, this is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale systems while influencing engineering best practices across multiple teams.

What You'll Do :

- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Develop scalable, secure, and reliable Azure cloud platforms.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

- Manage source control, branching strategies, release pipelines, and deployment automation.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, performance, and production issues across cloud environments.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations teams to improve developer productivity and platform reliability.

- Define DevOps standards, platform governance, and cloud engineering best practices.

- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and mentor engineers on modern DevOps practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. Expertise in Azure DevOps services including Repos, Pipelines, Release Management, Work Items, and CI/CD workflows.

- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Experience implementing cloud-native deployment and automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and release management.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and monitoring frameworks.

- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.

- Strong Linux and/or Windows system administration skills.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, and deployment issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

- Kubernetes and Docker

- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Ansible

- DevSecOps and cloud security best practices

- Enterprise platform engineering and cloud governance

- Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Certifications :

Mandatory: Microsoft Azure Certification (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or equivalent).

Qualifications :

- BE / BTech / MCA / MTech or equivalent technical degree.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

- Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams.
