ML/AI Backend Developer

Location : India (Remote US)

We are a cutting-edge generative ML/AI startup working in GenerativeAI space to process contracts 10X faster using large language models and knowledge graphs. We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Product ML/AI Backend engineers. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside top engineers and product managers from renowned tech companies like Meta, AWS and Google.

As a founding member, you will have the chance to contribute to open-source labs in Generative AI and gain invaluable hands-on experience in the ML/AI field. Also, you will be part of a founding member of a US-based startup that has a huge upside.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with a team of experienced ML/AI engineers to develop innovative Generative AI models and bring them to production

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for our Generative AI platform.

- Participate in architecture design discussions and contribute ideas for improving system performance and scalability.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 2 years of ML/AI experience industry experience, Especially in NLP (Natural Language Processing) field working with frameworks like LangChain

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack/Backend Engineer using NodeJS, delivering high-quality software products.

- At least 3 years of experience in Deep learning and Python.

- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms and techniques.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Solid understanding of databases and proficiency in SQL.

- Clear documentation and create tutorials to build ML/AI communities.

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, Reinforcement Learning with human feedback, fine-tuning LLM`s

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- At least 3 years of experience in Python and NodeJs.

- At least 3 years of experience in Deep learning.

- At least 1 year of work applying supervised and unsupervised learning, Reinforcement Learning with human feedback, fine-

tuning LLM`s
