Job Description :

We are a fast-moving AI product company looking for a sharp, self-driven Full Stack AI & Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building smart workflows, connecting tools, and writing clean, production-grade code across the stack.

Our engineering environment is centred around solving high-value workflow problems through AI, including contract review, compliance automation, document intelligence, and back-office operations. If you are equally comfortable building backend logic, tweaking frontends, and connecting AI agents to automate the boring stuff, you will fit right in.

What You Will Do :

- Build end-to-end product features and scalable APIs using Node.js and Python (Django).

- Create fast and reliable user experiences using React, TypeScript, and CSS.

- Design and build automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, and Make.

- Write and maintain custom code to extend automations beyond what no-code tools can handle, seamlessly integrating APIs and third-party services.

- Deploy and optimise AI agents and intelligent workflows that automate complex operational tasks like compliance workflows and financial analysis.

- Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and designers to scope, build, and ship features quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Take ownership of your features across coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.

What We Are Looking For :

- 13 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, automation, or a related technical role.

- Strong coding skills across Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, and CSS.

- Solid experience managing automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) and a strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.

- Practical experience or deep familiarity with running AI agents, LLMs, or autonomous task pipelines using tools like the OpenAI or Claude SDKs.

- High ownership, a strong product sense, and a track record of turning repetitive processes into hands-free solutions.

- Comfortable using and managing Slack for team communication and community workflows.

- Ability to work regularly in the PDT time zone (typically 1 PM to 10 PM IST, Monday through Friday) to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
