Skills & Requirements :

- Strong communication skills

- Proven experience in handling and leading a team

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. Web page designing

2. HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

- Ability to work closely with the team and take ownership of deliverables

- Hands-on execution with manual work involvement

- On-site QA, guidance, and best-practice leadership

- Strong problem-solving and project management skills

Role Expectations :

This role requires strong hands-on execution, close collaboration with the team, ownership of work, and the ability to guide the team through quality checks and best practices.

- Conduct regular performance appraisals and set clear goals for team members

- Provide ongoing feedback to improve performance and skill development

- Handle difficult conversations professionally, including performance and behavior issues

- Mentor and coach team members to support growth and career development

- Work closely with the team to ensure timely project completion and quality delivery

- Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve blockers

- Identify performance gaps and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when required

- Support team members during PIP with clear expectations and regular follow-ups

- Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and company policies

- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project and business objectives
