Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead UI Engineer with deep expertise in React.js, modern front-end frameworks, and enterprise application development. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of complex UI platforms, mentor engineers, and play a key role in shaping architectural decisions that drive product scalability and user experience. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and testing of high-performance web applications.

- Architect scalable front-end solutions using React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

- Break down epics/features into deliverable components and guide team members on implementation.

- Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend teams in an agile environment.

- Drive front-end architecture decisions and ensure adherence to modern UI/UX and performance best practices.

- Develop reusable component libraries aligned with design systems and style guides.

- Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline setup, test automation, and performance optimization.

- Participate in mentoring, interviewing, and upskilling engineers across the UI team.

- Engage in knowledge sharing through tech talks, code reviews, and team workshops.

Mandatory Skills :

7+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with :

- React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS

- 2+ years leading UI development teams or technical initiatives.

- 2+ years of client-facing or consulting experience with enterprise clients.

- Strong knowledge of browser performance optimization and scalable UI architecture.

- Experience with component-driven development and reusable design systems.

- Proficient with CI/CD practices and writing automated unit/integration tests.

- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and server-side rendering.

- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of security best practices in UI development (XSS, CORS, etc.).

Preferred/Good to Have :

- Exposure to cryptography in front-end or secure applications.

- Prior experience working with globally distributed teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience following Scrum or Agile development methodologies.

- Passion for mentoring and growing engineering talent.

Additional Information :

Work Location : Pune (Yerwada area) Candidates must be based in Pune.

Hybrid Schedule : 3 days onsite (MonWed), 2 days remote.

Working Hours : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (fixed shift must be comfortable).

Interview Rounds : 23 technical interviews with international panels.
