Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Engineer with strong exposure to enterprise-level telecom infrastructure, EPC projects, and/or Oil & Gas environments, along with hands-on experience in 4G/5G technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom network engineering, design, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution within large-scale industrial or enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, engineer, integrate, and commission telecom networks for large-scale EPC, Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.

- Work with 4G/LTE and 5G technologies, including 5G NR and related network architecture.

- Support deployment and integration of 5G RAN, gNodeB, LTE/eNodeB, EPC and/or 5G Core components.

- Develop and review telecom network architectures, technical specifications, equipment layouts, and engineering documentation.

- Work with IP networking, routing, switching, VLAN, MPLS and related networking technologies.

- Coordinate telecom interfaces with other disciplines such as IT, OT, SCADA, security, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems where applicable.

- Support telecom equipment selection, technical evaluation, procurement support, vendor coordination, and engineering reviews.

- Participate in FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, integration, and site acceptance activities.

- Troubleshoot telecom network, connectivity, transmission, and integration issues.

- Coordinate with EPC contractors, engineering teams, telecom vendors, system integrators, and client representatives.

- Prepare and review telecom engineering deliverables, reports, test procedures, and as-built documentation.

- Ensure telecom solutions comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.

- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning phases.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 5G / 5G NR

- 4G/LTE

- RAN technologies - gNodeB/eNodeB

- 5G Core and/or 4G EPC

- Telecom network design and architecture

- IP networking - TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, MPLS

- Fiber optic / transmission technologies

- Telecom integration, testing and commissioning

- EPC / Oil & Gas / industrial telecom project experience

- Enterprise telecom network implementation and troubleshooting

Preferred Experience :

- Experience working with EPC contractors, Oil & Gas companies, refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG facilities, or other large industrial projects.

- Experience with private 5G / industrial 5G deployments is an advantage.

- Experience working with telecom OEMs, system integrators, or technology vendors.

- Exposure to industrial communication networks and OT/IT environments.

- Experience in large-scale brownfield or greenfield projects.

- Experience with project documentation, engineering reviews, FAT/SAT and commissioning.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Candidate Profile :

- Strong practical understanding of telecom and wireless technologies.

- Hands-on exposure to 4G/5G networks, rather than only theoretical knowledge.

- Experience delivering telecom solutions in enterprise, EPC, Oil & Gas, or industrial environments.

- Ability to work with multiple vendors, contractors, engineering disciplines, and client teams.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
