We are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade software and integration solutions within customer environments, preferably in banking or financial services.

The role combines hands-on development, technical consulting, client engagement, and implementation delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL, along with experience delivering scalable solutions in enterprise or hybrid-cloud environments.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with customer requirements and platform architecture.

- Build well-structured, efficient, and testable applications and integrations using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.

- Lead technical activities across the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating business requirements into technical designs and configuration approaches.

- Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and solution demonstrations while managing client expectations and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with product engineering, architecture, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and production readiness.

- Troubleshoot complex integration and production issues, monitor system performance, and support system reliability, uptime, and data integrity.

- Contribute to reusable implementation patterns, continuous improvement, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Mentor junior developers and consultants, providing technical guidance and supporting team capability development.

Requirements :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technology implementation roles, preferably in SaaS or banking technology.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.

- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, integration patterns, and modern API architectures.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with banking systems, enterprise financial services integrations, or data integration frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience managing client-facing technical discussions, gathering requirements, and delivering end-to-end solutions.

- Experience working in Agile environments, with familiarity with Scrum and TDD/BDD practices.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly with complex distributed systems in production.

- Experience developing and deploying applications in large enterprise or hybrid-cloud environments.
