As a Lead Solution Architect based in Mumbai, you will serve as the technical bridge between complex business requirements and scalable engineering execution. By collaborating closely with product managers, stakeholders, and client leadership, you will ensure that our technical roadmap aligns with long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end technical solutions by translating abstract business problems into detailed, actionable design specifications that ensure system scalability and maintainability.

- Lead technical discovery sessions with key stakeholders to identify pain points and define project scope, ensuring alignment between technical output and business goals.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams through the implementation phase, conducting rigorous code and design reviews to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship.

- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and cloud-native services to optimize development cycles and reduce operational overhead for the organization.

- Manage technical risk by proactively identifying potential bottlenecks in the architecture and implementing mitigation strategies before they impact production environments.

- Communicate complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders, fostering transparency and building confidence in the proposed technical roadmap.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, using clear communication to influence decision-making and drive consensus across diverse teams.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance immediate delivery requirements against long-term technical debt and architectural integrity.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions.
