Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure microservices and APIs for Embedded Insurance solutions across multiple EMEA markets. The role requires deep expertise in Azure Cloud, Java Spring Boot/.NET/Node.js, API development, and enterprise architecture while collaborating with global Agile teams to deliver high-performance digital insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and backend development for insurance platforms

- Design and develop REST APIs and Microservices using Java Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js

- Build cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, API Management, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and other related services

- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/Azure Service Bus, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps to ensure seamless integration and deployment

- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to drive technical decisions and deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills :

- Deep expertise in Azure Cloud, Java Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, API development, and enterprise architecture

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving technical decisions

- Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, microservices, and REST APIs

- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/Azure Service Bus, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
