As a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in gaming and Unity, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions for gaming projects. Your primary duties will include :

1. Leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of gaming software using Unity platform. You should have a strong command of programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. You should be experienced in software architecture design and implementation.

3. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices is required.

4. Developing and implementing best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git is essential.

5. Identifying and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks in gaming software. Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques is a must.

6. Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the latest tools and techniques. Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies is a plus.
