We are looking for a technology leader to join a high-impact engineering team focused on building next-generation internal tools and applications powered by Python, Django, React, and Generative AI.

What Youll Do :

- Architect, build, and scale full-stack applications using Python/Django (backend) and React (frontend)

- Collaborate closely with business, product, and AI/ML teams to build intelligent, secure, and user-friendly tools

- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical excellence across the team

- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies (especially generative AI) into enterprise workflows

What Were Looking For :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development

- Deep expertise in Python, Django, and React

- Exposure to or interest in AI/ML tools or frameworks

- Strong skills in system design, debugging, and performance optimization

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities

Preferred :

- Experience in fast-paced product environments or enterprise SaaS/financial platforms

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and CI/CD pipelines

- Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams
