Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of software engineers and provide guidance and mentorship

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Python and GoLang

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and improve software development processes

- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Python and GoLang

- Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams

- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms

- Experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
