Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer/Lead to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade backend systems.
The role focuses on API-first development, microservices, and modern backend frameworks using Node.js and Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend platforms and APIs.
- Build and manage RESTful/GraphQL APIs for web, mobile, and partner integrations.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, and CI/CD.
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of backend systems.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, enforcing coding best practices.
Key Skills :
- Strong expertise in Node.js and Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
- Experience in API development, microservices architecture, and system integration.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
