We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join a leading organization. The role focuses on building robust Python backend services and driving network automation initiatives. The candidate will lead technical design, mentor junior engineers, and ensure highquality delivery of microservices and eventdriven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend applications using FastAPI and REST APIs.

- Architect and implement microservices that integrate with Kafka and eventdriven pipelines.

- Lead the development of network automation solutions for routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.

- Create and manage automation scripts and playbooks using Python, Ansible, Netmiko, Nornir, NAPALM, or similar tools.

- Work with NETCONF/RESTCONF APIs to programmatically configure network devices.

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements, set technical standards, and drive best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of all services through testing, monitoring, and documentation.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on Python backend development experience along with exposure to network automation.
