We are hiring a "Senior Software Engineer- Python" to join a fast-growing HealthTech startup as part of the early/core team. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend engineering background and a founder/co-founder/ Founding Engineer mindset, with experience building products from scratch and scaling them

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and FastApi

- Architect robust, high-performance APIs and microservices

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams

- Take end-to-end ownership of features from ideation to deployment

- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability of applications

- Drive technical decisions and contribute to overall product strategy

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to10 years of experience in software development

- Strong expertise in Python and FastApi

- Experience in building and scaling backend systems from scratch (01 journey)

- Prior experience as a Founder/Co-founder or Founding Engineer is mandatory

- Solid understanding of system design, REST APIs, and microservices architecture

- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms
