Role Overview:

As a Lead Software Engineer specializing in .NET Core, you will serve as the technical backbone for our core product development team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for architecting scalable backend solutions, mentoring a high-performing team of engineers, and driving the transition toward microservices-based architectures. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET Core to meet evolving business requirements and improve system throughput.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business problems into elegant, maintainable technical solutions that drive customer engagement.
