Job Description :

This is a permanent role with on of the biggest IT Services & Consulting Enterprise A valued client of Hallmark Search Partners.

Responsibilities :

- Write clean, reusable code that follows best practices while establishing coding standards and team conventions.

- Advocate for developer experience and work toward continuous improvements in that area.

- Foster a blameless culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.

- Lead and influence the technical design, architecture, and development of digital projects.

- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Product Managers to understand project challenges and define technical scopes.

- Set up software development frameworks for release management, automation, code quality, and source control.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor fellow engineers within the Two Circles team.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in software engineering.

- Solid understanding of C# and .NET and TypeScript fundamentals, with hands-on experience using Node.js.

- Strong knowledge of database systems, including document-oriented databases like MongoDB and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with at least one JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Familiarity with software architecture principles and common design patterns for scalable systems.

- Understanding of DevOps and platform engineering culture is desirable.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across various audiences.

Preferred Skills :

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

- Keen interest in sports and the sports business sector.

- Familiarity with technologies that enhance data analytics and user engagement.

Experience :

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development engineering.
