Lead Software Engineer - Java/TypeScript

This position is for UI / Front-end development team.

As the Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality web and enterprise applications, from the server-side logic to the front-end user interface.

You will lead a team of talented developers, ensure best practices in coding and design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.

- Collaborate with Architects for solution design and ensure that the design is translated to implementation.

- Develop and enhance front-end user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness.

- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with delivery managers, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

- Stay updated with enterprise guidelines, emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into development processes where applicable.

- Foster the culture of continuous learning for self and team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

- Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and team productivity.

Skill Required :

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, JSF, and

modern frameworks/libraries such as React and Next.JS.

- Strong expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring, Node.js.

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and experience in building cloud native and

hybrid cloud applications.

- Experience with database design and implementation(SQL and NoSQL databases).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to

various stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
