Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a proven track record of leading projects and teams.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of software applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the quality of applications through code reviews and testing.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and technologies.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of experience in software development and engineering.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
