Lead/Senior React Engineer - Javascript

Role Summary :

We are hiring a Lead / Senior React Engineer who brings strong problem-solving ability and solid foundations in Data Structures & Algorithms, along with deep hands-on experience in React. This role demands technical ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to build scalable, high-performance frontend systems while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of scalable, maintainable React applications

- Solve complex UI, state management, and performance problems using optimal algorithms

- Design and own frontend architecture, component strategy, and state flow

- Conduct high-quality code reviews with focus on logic, performance, and scalability

- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams

- Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions

- Mentor engineers and set coding and engineering best practices

- Drive performance improvements and frontend optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of strong experience in frontend development with React.js

- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong command of DSA

- Arrays, Strings, Hash Maps, Trees, Graphs

- Recursion, Dynamic Programming, Sliding Window, Two Pointers

- Time and space complexity analysis

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

- Deep understanding of React Hooks, lifecycle, Context API

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and UI performance

- Experience integrating REST APIs / GraphQL

- Proficient with Git, code reviews, CI/CD practices

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Next.js

- Exposure to frontend system design or micro-frontend architecture

- Experience working on large-scale or product-based platforms

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading teams
