The Role :

The Lead SecOps role owns the entire IT infrastructure and security posture of Source. You will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable, and highly available systems while protecting the organization from evolving cyber threats.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who treats security as a business enabler - not a checkbox - and is comfortable owning outcomes end to end.

Key Responsibilities - The How?

- Security Ownership : Architect and enforce a multi-layered security framework covering IAM, EDR/MDR, network security, endpoint protection, and data security. Own incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation.

- Compliance & Risk Management : Drive compliance with SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and internal security standards. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.

- Infrastructure & Systems : Own the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure - servers, networks, laptops, cloud environments, virtualization, and enterprise software - with a focus on scalability and 99.9% uptime.

- Cloud & Network Operations : Design and manage secure cloud AWS/Azure/GCP and on-prem environments, including VPNs, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and Wi-Fi architectures.

- Strategic IT Leadership : Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business growth. Mentor internal teams and external partners.

- Experience : 7 years in IT operations, with at least 3 years in security-focused or leadership roles.
