Lead Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Description :

- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements :

- 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Lead Salesforce Developer with experience in designing and building scalable Salesforce solutions, and bring proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Aura, along with strong leadership and client-facing skills.

- Solid experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) is a plus.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.

- Experience in leading teams, reviewing code, gathering requirements, solutioning, and client interaction.
