Position Title : React.js Engineer- Lead

Location : Udaipur, Rajasthan, Gurugram

Skill set : React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, REST APIs, with exposure to GraphQL or gRPC, SSR, SSG, CSR, ISR, Jest and Playwright for unit, integration, and E2E testing, AI tools like LLMs, resolving API-related or integration issues

Requirements :

- 7+ years of frontend development experience

- Strong expertise in React.js with a focus on reusable components and clean code

- Proficient in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js

- Deep understanding of REST APIs, with exposure to GraphQL or gRPC

- Hands-on experience with various rendering strategies : SSR, SSG, CSR, ISR

- Solid testing experience using Jest and Playwright for unit, integration, and E2E testing

- Proven ability to lead frontend projects from design to deployment

- Skilled in designing and building high-quality frontend applications

- Experience running internship or mentorship programs

- Ability to conduct effective code reviews and maintain a clean codebase

- Familiarity with AI tools like LLMs and how they can enhance development workflows

- Strong collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers

- Clear communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to clients and non-tech stakeholders

- Comfortable working in agile environments and delivering projects on time

- Demonstrated ability to make informed tech stack decisions for new projects

- Proactive in identifying and resolving API-related or integration issues

- Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with the team

- Team player with a mentoring mindset and a focus on achieving business goals
