Lead Python Developer - Flask/Django

Description :

What Youll Do :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

- Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices

- Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps teams

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security

- Manage database design and queries, with focus on optimization

- Handle cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)

What Were Looking For :

- Hands-on experience with Django or Flask

- Deep understanding of REST APIs, ORMs, and web architecture

- Proven experience in team leadership, mentorship, and agile development

- Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization
