We are looking for a skilled Lead Python Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility while working on cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, React, and Azure cloud services, and experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Python and React.

- Architect and implement cloud solutions leveraging Azure Services such as Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Hub, and Queue Storage.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster skill development and team productivity.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 8 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in Python.

- Proven experience with React for frontend development.

Hands-on experience with Azure Services, including but not limited to :

- Azure Cosmos DB

- Azure Service Bus

- Azure Event Hub

- Azure Queue Storage

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
