We are seeking a highly skilled Python Tech Lead with extensive software development experience and a strong background in Python, AWS, and DevOps tools.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

- 7+ years of hands-on Python development experience.

- Proven experience in AWS cloud services, especially with Lambda functions.

- Strong object-oriented programming background.

- Familiar with DevOps best practices and automation pipelines.

- Passion for delivering clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications and services.

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services, with a focus on Lambda and serverless technologies.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code following best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing to ensure software quality.

- Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation tools.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability issues.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
