Lead Backend Engineer

Location : Hyderabad

Shift timings : 2PM to 11PM

Job Description :

We're looking for an experienced Lead Backend Engineer to lead our backend development team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers

- Design and implement high-performance backend systems using Python and Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements

- Ensure data security, integrity, and scalability

- Troubleshoot and optimize backend systems for performance and reliability

- Develop and implement technical roadmaps and strategies

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Tier 1 institute

- Strong experience with Python and Python frameworks

- Excellent Python coding skills

- Experience with backend development, API design, and database management

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Leadership and mentoring experience
