Lead Python Architect - Django Framework

Job Title : Lead Python Architect

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Noida

Duration : 6 months contract + extendable

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and lead enterprise-grade applications using Python (Django).

- Apply object oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns for writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

- Utilize Pandas for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring strong architecture and seamless service integration.

- Manage backend systems with PostgreSQL, other ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate/JPA), and ensure efficient database operations.

- Architect and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3).

- Implement and uphold code security measures, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Employ jQuery (and optionally Bootstrap 4) for interactive front-end integrations.

- Use modern development tools and workflows (CI/CD, version control, etc.).

- (Optional) Utilize familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and microservices architecture.

Must-Have Skills :

- Extensive experience in Python, especially with the Django framework.

- Solid grasp of Enterprise Application Development and OOP principles.

- Proven track record in leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance.

- Proficiency in jQuery, Pandas, AWS, and PostgreSQL.

- Strong capabilities in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Expertise in ensuring code security via authentication & authorization best practices.

- Skilled in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
