Lead - Project Manager - Cloud Engineering (AWS & Azure)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Lead - Project Manager - Cloud Engineering to lead cloud architecture, infrastructure, security, governance, automation, and transformation initiatives across Azure and AWS environments.

The role requires a strong combination of hands-on cloud expertise, cloud security, architecture, and project delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, implementation, and governance of Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Drive Azure Landing Zone, Well-Architected Framework, governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Design scalable, highly available, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

- Lead cloud security posture improvement and remediation using Azure security tools, AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Detective, Inspector, and CSPM solutions.

- Implement DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation using Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep and Terraform.

- Manage cloud networking including VNet/VPC, Load Balancers, DNS, connectivity, and security controls.

- Oversee monitoring, logging, patching, vulnerability management, performance, backup, and disaster recovery.

- Manage Azure services including AKS, App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB, along with equivalent AWS services.

- Drive cloud cost optimization, capacity management, and operational efficiency.

- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and transformation projects, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholders.

- Provide regular service/project reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, Application, Database, and Business teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering - Cloud Infrastructure - Cloud Security.

- Expert-level Azure experience with strong hands-on AWS knowledge.

- Strong experience in Cloud Architecture, Landing Zones, Governance, Security, Networking, DevOps, IaC, and Monitoring.

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep and/or Terraform.

- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CSPM, vulnerability management, and cloud security remediation.

- Experience with AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Detective and Inspector is preferred.

- Experience with Prisma Cloud - Check Point is an advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- AWS Solutions Architect - AWS Security Specialty

- Terraform - DevOps certifications

- PMP - ITIL certification is an advantage.
