Role : Lead Product Analyst

The candidate will also help improve event tracking, data visibility, experimentation frameworks, and product measurement systems while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to analytical best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong Product Analytics experience (must-have)

- Advanced SQL proficiency

- Hands-on BI tools experience (Tableau / Power BI / QlikView etc.)

- Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation & A/B testing

- Experience with KPI tracking, user behavior analysis, retention & engagement metrics

- Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, CleverTap etc.

- Knowledge of Python / R / Spark / SAS / SPSS

- Exposure to Data Science / Data Engineering collaboration

- Fintech / Consumer Product / SaaS background

Experience Required :

- 4 to 8 years in Analytics

- Minimum 3 years in Product Analytics
