Lead Power BI Developer

Job Description :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop + Service + Fabric).

Expert-level knowledge of :

- DAX, Power Query (M)

- Power BI dataset modeling

- Paginated reports (nice to have)

- RLS/OLS and semantic layer design

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Lakehouse architecture, and Delta/Parquet formats.

- Experience designing scalable, enterprise-wide BI architectures.

Hands-on experience with :

- Azure Data Lake Storage

- Azure Data Factory / Fabric Data Pipelines

- Synapse/DataBricks/Fabric Warehouse (preferred)

Architecture & Governance :

- Experience implementing deployment pipelines, governance standards, and workspace strategies.

- Capability to drive architecture decisions, create HLD/LLD, and present BI roadmaps.
