Overview :

We are looking for Senior Platform Engineers, with 10 or more years of relevant experience, to help build enterprise platform engineering capabilities across cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps automation and internal developer platforms.

The role will focus on reusable platform services, golden paths, self-service automation and standard engineering patterns that help product teams deliver faster, safer and with better governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build reusable platform services, templates, golden paths and self-service capabilities.

- Design and automate cloud-native infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS.

- Build and operate Kubernetes-based platform services.

- Implement GitOps deployment patterns using Flux CD and/or Argo CD.

- Create CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Build reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform and Cross plane.

- Embed security, RBAC, policy, observability and, cost guardrails into platform patterns.

- Work with architects, SREs, security and product teams to standardize platform delivery.

Skills :

MUST-HAVE's :

- Cloud : Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS; cloud networking, identity, security and governance.

- Kubernetes : Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, workload deployment, RBAC, ingress, secrets and production operations.

- GitOps : Hands-on experience with Flux CD and/or Argo CD for deployment automation and environment promotion.

- CI/CD : Strong experience with GitHub Actions, release workflows, rollback patterns and Git-based engineering practices.

- IaC : Strong experience with Terraform, reusable modules, state management and environment-based provisioning.

- Cross plane : Working knowledge of Cross plane, control plane concepts, compositions, claims and platform APIs.

- Programming (Dev) : Good scripting or development skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Java or PowerShell.

- Observability : Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace or equivalent tools.

- Engineering Mindset : Strong automation focuses with experience creating reusable patterns and supporting production systems.

Good-To-Have's :

- Developer Platforms : Experience building internal developer platforms or portals such as Backstage or Cortex.

- Policy as Code : Experience with OPA, Gatekeeper, Kyverno or Azure Policy.

- Secrets & Security : Experience with Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Hashi Corp Vault, CyberArk or equivalent.

- FinOps : Knowledge of tagging, cost optimisation, show back, chargeback and budget controls.

- ITSM Integration : Experience integrating with ServiceNow, CMDB or enterprise approval workflows.

- AI/Data Platforms : Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.

- Cloud-Native Tools : Knowledge of Helm, Kustomize, service mesh, API gateways or event-driven architecture.
