Key Responsibilities :

- Performance Testing : Design and execute large-scale strategies using Apache JMeter.

- CI/CD Integration : Embed performance testing into pipelines and automate workflows.

- Observability : Lead monitoring initiatives with Dynatrace.

- AI Insights : Leverage Davis AI for anomaly detection, insights, and root cause analysis.

- Automation Frameworks : Build frameworks for testing, reporting, and quality gates.

- Bottleneck Resolution : Diagnose and resolve issues across applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.

- ML Applications : Apply ML for workload modelling, traffic forecasting, and optimization.

- Collaboration : Partner with Dev, DevOps, Cloud, and Architecture teams.

- Governance : Define standards, best practices, and governance.

- Leadership : Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

- Executive Reporting : Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Observability & Monitoring :

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace.

- Proven use of Davis AI in production.

- Expertise in APM, Observability, Root Cause Analysis, and Performance Diagnostics.

Automation & AI :

- Experience developing Performance Automation frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python scripting.

- Applying AI/ML for traffic prediction, load simulation, workload modelling, and performance optimization.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Expertise in JVM tuning, database optimization, API performance analysis, and infrastructure monitoring.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner.

- Exposure to Grafana and OpenTelemetry.

- Experience with Kubernetes Performance Tuning.

- Dynatrace certifications.

- Client-facing consulting or professional services background.
