Lead Network Engineer - Routing & Switching

Position Overview :

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Network Operations & Support :

- Provide end-to-end support for networking services, including production and technical troubleshooting.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and proactively address vulnerabilities.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide network engineers and support staff.

- Provide inputs for network design, upgrades, and capacity planning.

- Document network infrastructure, policies, and procedures for operational efficiency.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in Data Center Management and LAN/WAN Operations for large corporate

setups.

- Strong background in networking and network security technologies.

- Hands-on expertise with Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco switches.

- Mandatory knowledge of Meraki, Arista, and HPE Aruba Wireless Infrastructure.

- Experience managing global WAN environments with diverse connectivity technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
