Lead .Net Engineer

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days

Overview of Position :

As a .NET Lead Engineer, will play a key role in leading the team and development to support the company's key applications. This includes analysis, solutioning, developing, and testing the application whilst also managing technical/operational tasks for defect less delivery. This role also requires the candidate to have a good understanding of enterprise application development standards and methodologies and demonstrated experience working with custom enterprise frameworks.

As a member of our geographically distributed development team your communication and analytical skills are essential to the role.

Required Knowledge & Skills :

- 8 - 12 years experience in various software development roles and proven experience working on .Net project under an Agile /Scrum methodology.

Candidate should have teal leading experience with below desired skills :

- Building robust and scalable web application using .NET 8 and above

- Hands on experience on Entity Framework Core 8 and above

- Microsoft SQL Server Queries and performance optimization

- Experience on building distributed applications for cloud environment

- Knowledge on Azure Services like AKS, Azure Function, Azure App Services,Service Bus and Event Hub and their use cases

- Prior experience on Dapr(Distributed Application Runtime)

- Knowledge on Auth Protocols such as OAuth2, SAML

- Design Patterns, SOLID principle, Design principles for cloud applications

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the team and propose design and architectural solutions for business problem, support, observability.

- Get expertise on applications and provide technical support and guidance to the team.

- Setup and enhance the release process to make sure quality delivery.

- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.

- Participate in requirements analysis and lead the discussion to provide technical solutions.

- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages

- Refactor, debug code, test and deploy applications

- Development according to best practices as per industry standards.

- Post Implementation support and production support.
