Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to architect, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

This role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development & Architecture :

- Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET MVC / Web API.

- Define application architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.

Database & Data Management :

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, schemas, indexes, and stored procedures.

- Perform query optimization and performance tuning.

- Ensure data integrity, transaction management, and efficient data access.

Front-End & Full-Stack Collaboration :

- Collaborate with UI teams on JavaScript / TypeScript-based front-end frameworks.

- Work with Angular or React to integrate UI components with backend services.

- Ensure smooth end-to-end application workflows.

Testing, Debugging & Performance :

- Implement unit testing frameworks and enforce test-driven development where applicable.

- Debug complex issues across application layers.

- Monitor application performance and resolve bottlenecks.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Leadership & Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers.

- Provide technical direction and conduct architecture and design reviews.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives.

- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage technical risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in .NET development

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core

- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API

- Strong experience with SQL Server

- Front-end exposure using JavaScript / TypeScript

- Experience with Angular or React

- Strong knowledge of unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning

- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring

Nice to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with containerization (Docker)
