- Lead and manage the development of .NET-based software applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best coding practices.

- Oversee project timelines, task allocation, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.

- Implement and optimize Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

- Utilize .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C# to develop high-performance applications.

- Participate actively in system architecture discussions and design reviews.

- Ensure all software solutions meet performance, quality, and security standards.

- Engage in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - from requirement gathering to deployment.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Hands-on experience in C# and related technologies.

- Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Experience across the full SDLC with exposure to deployment best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based deployments is a plus.
