Lead .Net Developer - ASP/C#/MVC

About the Company :

We are hiring for a leading product-based company that develops high-performance, scalable enterprise solutions used by global customers. This role is ideal for a hands-on tech expert with deep expertise in .NET technologies, microservices, API development, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRAs) :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.

- Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions.

- Develop and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for scalability and performance.

- Integrate messaging frameworks such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for high-throughput data streaming.

- Oversee database design and management, leveraging RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment on cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Manage IIS server deployment and application debugging for optimal performance.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

- Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to improve system architecture and performance.

Required Skill Set :

- Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C, and C#.

- Strong experience with microservices architecture and API development.

- Expertise in messaging frameworks such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Hands-on experience with data streaming and processing tools like Apache Kafka and Spark.

- Strong knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Proficiency in IIS server deployment, configuration, and debugging.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
