Job Title : Lead .NET Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

Type : Contract-to-Hire (6 Months, Extendable/Conversion)

About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in Microservices Architecture and REST API development. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in backend development, system design, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & develop scalable REST APIs and microservices.

- Implement Microservices Design Patterns (Saga, Orchestrator, etc.)

- Ensure high performance, security, and error handling

- Optimize applications and troubleshoot complex issues

- Collaborate with teams and contribute to architecture decisions

Must Have Skills (Core - 80% Focus) :

.NET :

- Strong in .NET Core / .NET 5+ / .NET 8

- Hands-on experience with Microservices & REST APIs

- Expertise in Dependency Injection, Middleware

- Strong knowledge of CLR, Delegates

- Experience in Performance tuning, Security, Debugging

OOPs & Design :

- Strong in SOLID Principles (practical use cases)

- Good knowledge of Design Patterns

- Deep understanding of OOPs concepts

SQL :

- Strong in Joins, Indexing

- Experience in Query Optimization

- Hands-on with Complex Queries

- Knowledge of Transactions, Window Functions

Good to Have (20% Focus) :

- AWS (S3, EC2) - basic integration knowledge

- Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest)

- NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB)

- CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Jenkins)

- Docker, Kubernetes

- Exposure to AI-related integrations (Preferred)
