Description :

- Extensive experience in .net Core, SQL Server and Postgres (Databases), Redis cache.

- Sound experience in Automated Unit Testing

- Some experience in any one client-side framework (React/Angular) is good to have

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

- Excellent debugging skills, able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components.

- Ability to design, develop, and implement high-quality code in a timely manner.

- Knowledge about the Software Development Life Cycle Model, development best practices and standards, source control, code review, build and deployment, continuous integration.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience in Onsite/ offshore model.

- Experience with Agile methodology.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework/ .NET Core

- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code in .NET framework/ .NET Core for back-end services.

- Good understanding of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.

- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

- Documenting code standards and practicing it.

- Work closely with development project manager(s), business analysts and customer to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.

- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Preparing technical specification documents for the developed features.

- Should be open to new challenges and be comfortable in taking up new exploration tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a .NET Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework/ .NET Core

- Good to have GraphQL knowledge.

- Experience with .net core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

- Solid understanding of SQL Server databases, T-SQL, and ORM frameworks.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

- Troubleshooting abilities

- Previous experience leading development teams.

- Should have working knowledge of using a latest development tools and techniques.

- Ability to manage large scale web/database application.

- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.

- Application of agile development processes in a leadership capacity.

- DevOps Tools Practice (CD/ CI) - Min. 1 Year

- Lead the Development team through Scrum process for making deliveries on-time.

- Worked on different coding design patterns.

- Knowledge of clean Architecture.

Nice to have Skills:

- Work experience in a Healthcare/pharmaceutical domain.

- Experience with storage optimizations and management.

- Experience with AI, analytics, Power BI/ Python as an advantage.

- Experience with brokers of messages such as RabbitMQ, Redis and/or Action Hero (node resque).

- Work experience in SAAS based Applications.
