Lead .Net Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dot Net Lead who will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers, driving technical excellence, and delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core (6+), Angular (11+), SQL Server, and experience in Agile development environments with strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Mentor and coach a team of software engineers through day-to-day tasks, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA, UX, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance policies across the codebase.

- Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), and oversee CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines) with a focus on automated testing and release management.

- Work hands-on with .NET Core (6+), C#, Angular (11+/16+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript to design and develop scalable applications.

- Optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database design; exposure to MySQL is a plus.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently with proactive problem-solving.

- Practical experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK Stack) will be an advantage.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is desirable.

Essential Skills :

- Strong experience in .NET Core (6+), C#, Angular (11+/16+), SQL Server.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Experience in performance tuning, scalability, and secure coding practices.

- Ability to analyse, design, and implement effective technical solutions under tight deadlines.

Qualification :

- Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) or Masters (M.E./M.Tech/MS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a premier institute.

- 511 years of hands-on software development and leadership experience.
