Job Opening : Lead - Java Full Stack Developer (AWS Preferred)

Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India

Experience : 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot

- Build and deploy applications across OpenShift private cloud and AWS

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins

- Work with containerization & orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes concepts)

- Apply DevOps best practices across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring

- Manage traffic, security, and observability using Service Mesh

- Collaborate closely with cloud engineers, DevOps, and platform teams

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

- Experience: 8-10 years in backend/full stack development

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS, OpenShift

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

- Willingness to relocate if required
