About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development. The ideal candidate will lead technical design discussions, guide the team in best coding practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a dynamic agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver APIs and integrations.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.

- Drive performance optimization, system scalability, and troubleshooting complex issues.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical leadership in solution design.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred).

- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidate Profile Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Java-based development.

- Proven experience in leading a team or playing a technical lead role.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
