Lead Java Developer - Microservices Architecture

Role : We are looking for an experience JAVA lead with agile and Cloud Experience

- Agile Development & Team Collaboration : Work within Scrum/Kanban teams, ensuring smooth execution of Agile methodologies and effective teamwork.

- Mentorship & Leadership : Guide junior Java developers, resolve technical challenges, and foster best coding practices.

- Software Design & Development : Architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications using Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices-based design principles.

- API Development & Integration : Build RESTful services, integrate with RDBMS/NoSQL databases, and enhance functionality using Spring JPA, Hibernate

- Code Optimization & Quality Assurance : Write clean, efficient code, conduct unit testing, debug issues, and adhere to best performance-tuning standards.

- Cloud & DevOps Expertise : Develop cloud-native applications using Azure/AWS/GCP, implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab, and optimize system deployment.

- Cross-Team Coordination : Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, technical discussions, and delivering high-performance solutions.

- Security & Infrastructure : Ensure compliance with security standards, integrate best practices for authentication, authorization and network security.

- Business Acumen & Client Engagement : Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, engage in customer-facing discussions, and present technical strategies effectively.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, Hibernate, and cloud-native development.

- Frontend & Mobile Integration : Experience integrating with React, Angular, Flutter, iOS/Android frameworks.

- Database & Performance Optimization : Strong knowledge of database design, indexing, normalization, and query optimization.

- Cloud & DevOps Tools : Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Security & Authentication : Exposure to Spring Security, OAuth, and API Gateway frameworks.

- BFSI Domain Expertise (Preferred) : Familiarity with financial services, banking applications, and global compliance standards.
