This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic hybrid setup, driving enterprise-level data protection strategies and ensuring compliance with global information-security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program including deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization.

- Work hands-on with at least one major DLP tool (Proofpoint or Zscaler preferred) to design, implement, and enhance protection rules.

- Analyze and fine-tune DLP policies, ensuring proactive data protection without impacting business performance.

- Collaborate across IT and business teams to ensure end-to-end information security and compliance with organizational standards.

- Lead and consult on security best practices, risk mitigation, and incident-response improvements.

- Stay updated with evolving cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organizations security posture.

What Youll Bring :

- 7- 10 years of solid experience in Information Security Engineering

- Hands-on experience with Proofpoint, Zscaler, or other leading DLP tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fine-tuning and rule optimization

- Deep understanding of information security principles, governance, and frameworks

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and consult within security operations or engineering teams

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
