Lead Golang Developer

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Golang Developer located in Chennai. The Lead Golang Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend services. Day-to-day tasks include writing high-quality code, performing code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting production issues. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring the technical feasibility of software designs.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Golang, backend development, and scalable service design

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and microservices architecture

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues

- Leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior developers

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

- Experience in Payments or Application Development sectors is a plus
