Our core UI tech stack includes :


- Frontend C Design System


- React + TypeScript (with Next.js) for building user interfaces.


- Storybook for our design system and component library.


- Backend s APIs


- TypeScript with NestJS for building backend services and integrating with REST and gRPC APIs.


- Testing


- Jest and Playwright for unit and end-to-end testing.


- Karate for API testing.


Key Responsibilities :


- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the UI engineering team


- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the design system, component library, UI architecture, and supporting backend services


- Ensure delivery of high-performance, responsive, and accessible user interfaces


- Architect and integrate APIs and backend services to support UI requirements


- Drive adoption of best practices in frontend engineering, including component standardization, security integration, and progressive loading


- Champion user-centered design and usability in partnership with UX and product teams


- Oversee integration of agentic and real-time features into the UI


- Guide the use of AI-assisted development tools and modern frontend and backend frameworks, architectural patterns, scaffolding approaches, and libraries


- Own the implementation and quality of Web Analytics and Behavioral Analytics to enable continuous improvement and evolution of our products


- Collaborate with the Developer Experience (DX) Lead to automate and streamline common engineering tasks


- Ensure engineering rigor, code quality, and documentation standards are met across the stack


- Facilitate clear communication, knowledge sharing, and effective documentation within the team


- Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and skills development


- Drive development efficiency and alignment with product team priorities through clear prioritization frameworks and delivery metrics


Core Qualitiess Skills :


- Proven experience leading full stack or frontend engineering teams and delivering complex user-facing projects


- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript and Node.js technologies.


- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and UI performance optimization


- Experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs


- Strong understanding of accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design


- Strong collaboration and alignment skills across disciplines


- Willingness to learn,share knowledge, and adapt to evolving technologies


- System design skills and awareness of technical debt and tradeoffs across the stack


- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities


- Comfort with ambiguity, discovery, and rapid change


- Commitment to engineering excellence, security, and responsible practices (including OAuth 2.0, Authorization, Authentication, Chain-of-custody, Claims management, and Principle of Least Privilege [POLP])


Preferred Qualifications :


- 5+ years of hands-on full stack or frontend engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role


- Track record of architecting and delivering scalable, reliable end-to-end systems


- Experience with modern development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews)


- Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow engineers


- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams


Highly Desirable :


- Experience implementing and evolving enterprise-grade design systems


- Familiarity with Material UI, Storybook, and/orsimilar tools


- Experience using AI-assisted UI development and rapid prototyping


- Track record of delivering interfaces with sub-second time to first interaction and high component reuse


- Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balancing rapid delivery with technical excellence


- Experience leading or working with distributed, multidisciplinary teams
